Day 207

I have to say that I don't think this weekend has been as bad as the last few weekends. It's Sunday and while I'm still fatigued, my body is dealing with it well enough to want to tackle some light cleaning today. It'll probably take me all day...but at least I feel like doing some.

Yesterday was a couch day other than cleaning the kitchen and making stuffed peppers for dinner.....which by the way recked the kitchen again! lol

I the biggest sign is that I'm able to post. Most weekends my brain fog and fatigue stops my ability to think straight. This weekend my mind is somewhat clearer.

Hopefully that's a good sign for the week to come.

Tomorrow it's off to Hershey and then to meet Iris for lunch.

Happy Sunday everyone!

HEP.C VIRUS,RNA (BY PCR) - Negative.

Lauri, things are taking a weird twist. I had no clue that they had run a viral load test on me and I had come back negative! That means my dragon was being smothered (I think of the moments of when I couldn't breathe.

Just as I am feeling better from having no poison in me since Thursday, now I am wondering if my dr. will resume tx since my labs were anemic, but viral load at 6 weeks coming back UD. Please keep your fingers crossed for me that they will let me go back on the poison! Despite being yanked from tx I was excited to see a neg test.

Lisa,

WOOHOO!!!Congratulations on the Undetected Viral Load!!!!!

Usually what they do is hold tx for a little bit to get your blood counts back up. Once they go back up they may start you out on a reduced dosage and gradually bring you back up as high as they without wiping your counts back down again.

I think pretty much every one of us here has gone through that to one extreme or the other.

I truly hope that that's what your Doctor is doing also...expecially with the UD VL.

My everything is crossed that they get you back on tx as soon as possible.

((Hugs))

Good Morning, so glad to hear you felt a "little" better on Sunday, that is always a good sign of the week to come.
LISA Congratualtions! 6 weeks UD is wonderful! I am sure Laurie is right, they will wait for your numbers to come back up and then restart.
Laurie, thank you for sharing the before and after picture. The only thing I can think to say is that I am sorry and ask if you have tried putting it in a pony tail. I have a bald spot in the front, nothing I can do to hide it but I try anyway, ha ha. Stil looking for something to wear on my head, I agree with you, waiting for cooler weather would be better. EBAY has all kinds of scarves and hats, I even looked up chemo caps and found them, just think I will follow your example and wait till it is a little cooler, that or I will just get a little skull cap Silly to worry about hair right now, I know, it is easier to bitch about the hair than the other physical signs.
I hope you have a great day!!
Love
