Day 52

Boy I wish I could post pictures from Jimmy's Laptop! The Grand Canyon was Beautiful! The helicopter ride into it was breath taking and the boat ride on the Colorado was awesome! I'll have to post the pictures when I get home.

I was exhausted by the time we got back to the room last night. I really didn't "do" anything all day except ride....but somehow it beat me up. It was nice to climb into bed last night. Took my Procrit and Nuepogen shots and that was it for the night.

Jimmy's in class for most of the day and I was going to go down to the strip but I'm just too wiped out. I think I'll just hang out here for the afternoon then maybe later I'll go in search of my haircut down at the spa.

Rest and relaxation!

:)

Hello I discovered your blog today and I wanted to thank you so much for sharing your experience. I started the same treatment on Feb 1st in Virginia and it is nice to hear that what I am experiencing others are as well. Not sure how to comment on a blog, hope this works
Thank you
Dorene

Dorene,

Welcome to my blog! I love meeting the other people who are on this same treatment. It's pretty wild that we can meet and compare notes expecially since there are only 490 of us world wide! The net is amazing isn't it!

Let me know how you're doing. How are your sides, your viral load. Are your blood counts holding?

This is some very nasty stuff for me....I hope it's treating you better.

You posted just fine! :) Starting a blog is just as simple and it's great therapy...not to mention that I've made the best of friends here who have gone through many many weeks of tx. They have the best ideas for working through tx.

Please keep in touch.
